Downloading / Installation

  1. How long does it take to download the software?
    Downloading the CasinoClub software is fast, safe and simple. It takes less than 30 seconds to download the software with a cable or DSL connection.
  2. After I have downloaded the software, what do I do?

  3. How do I create a CasinoClub account?
    Getting started at CasinoClub is easy. To find out how to sign up for an account please click here.

  4. Is my account information kept confidential?
    Gaming VC Corporation Limited, the operator of CasinoClub, protects and respects your privacy. All information we receive from you is treated with strict confidentiality and never given to third parties. Please also see our Privacy statement.
  5. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
    If you forgot or lost your password, please contact our customer service.
  6. Does the CasinoClub software run on a Mac?
    Mac users cannot download the software. However, they can play online by clicking the “Instant Casino” button on the upper left hand side of the page. Yes, you can play the Instant Games from an Apple.

Bonuses and Withdrawals

  1. When can I redeem my winnings?
    Withdrawals are processed in 4 business days maximum. The processing time depends on the amount of the withdrawal and the payment method selected.
  2. What documents are necessary to redeem my winnings?
    When you register, your personal information is verified by our financial services provider Webdollar. However, if the accumulated sum of withdrawals exceeds €2,330, the regulations of our licensing body (the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) require additional verification.   3. Can I get a bonus if I play Roulette?
    Yes. Unlike most online casinos, CasinoClub allows you to wager bonuses in Roulette.
  4. If I receive a bonus, how can I redeem my money?
    The wagering requirements, meaning how many times a bonus must be wagered before you can withdraw the money from your account, are specified in each bonus offer. If you have any additional questions please contact our customer service.

CasinoClub Games

  1. Which games are available at CasinoClub?
    CasinoClub offers a wide variety of games, including all-time favourites such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps, as well as a great selection of slots and Video poker. CasinoClub offers more than 80 constantly updated games, all with exceptional graphics and sound. With such diversity, you will find the perfect game for you. To see the list of games click here.
  2. Where can I find details about the games at CasinoClub?
    A game description as well as instructions about how to play is available for each game. Just click on the game in the game list.
  3. How do I switch from practice mode to real play mode?
    You can switch at any time from playing for fun to playing for real, and vice versa. You just need to tick the appropriate red box that appears in the top left corner of the CasinoClub window. Click the training mode box to play for fun, and the real mode box to play for real.
  4. Can I play in turbo or autoplay mode?
    Yes, CasinoClub offers these options. You will find the buttons to activate these functions in the individual games.
  5. How do I cancel a bet if I changed my mind?
    In Roulette, you may increase, decrease, or cancel your wagers at any time before the wheel starts spinning. Once the chips are placed on the table, you will need to pick them up individually to remove them.
  6. Can I access a record of my game play?
    Yes. To access to the record of your game play, click on MENU in the CasinoClub window, then click on GAMING TRANSACTIONS.
  7. What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
    Disconnections may occur from time to time, but CasinoClub is prepared for such an event. If you are disconnected during a game in progress, you will be notified upon re-entering the casino that you have an unfinished game and you will be asked whether you wish to DISCARD or RESTORE the game. We recommend that you RESTORE your game in order to return to the table to finish the spin or round. If you choose DISCARD, you will lose your wager.
  8. Can I chat with other players while I am playing?
    Yes at CasinoClub you can chat with other players at the table. You may turn off the sound if you wish. In Roulette, Chat will then only show you what the dealer says. Whenever something is said at the table, Chat flashes red.

General Questions

  1. Does it cost me anything to play for fun?
    No. All of our games are available free of charge. You can play your favourite games for free as long as you wish.
  2. Can I play for real money?
    Of course! Casinos just wouldn't be the same without the chance to win big. For details see Deposits and withdrawals.
  3. Is there an age requirement to play?
    Yes. In order to play to our games, for fun and for real, you must be at least 18 years old.
  4. If I do play for real money, will my winning be reported to a tax authority?
    No. All the transactions are kept completely confidential. However you are responsible for reporting your winnings as required in your country of residence.
  5. Is online gaming legal?
    The law regarding online gaming is complex and different from one country to another. Please see our list of excluded countries.
  6. Is CasinoClub licensed?
