The tool “Responsible Gaming” is at your disposal to help you set your personal betting limits. A day begins at 12 a.m. (midnight) and ends 24 hours later. A week begins on the day of you set the time period and lasts seven days including. A month begins on the day of you set the time period and lasts 30 days including.
The system automatically recognizes when you reach the limits you have set for yourself. If you are logged in and have reached or overstepped your betting limit for the set time period with your last game, a pop-up will notify you about it. If you are in the middle of playing a game with real money and reach your betting limit, the game will be stopped as soon as you’ve finished the current round. You then won’t be able to play with real money bets anymore until the beginning of the next betting time period you have set for yourself.
When you reach your betting limit, you are excluded from games with real money bets, but you can still log in to the casino and play our software in the trial mode. You can also still access your player account to make deposits or withdrawals. You cannot, however, play with money or bonuses within the set time period of the betting limit. This also applies to the free spins offered by CasinoClub.
For your own protection, you will regain access to the “Responsible Gaming” program to reset time periods and money amounts only after the set time period you defined for limiting your bets has expired.
In addition, the casino offers a so-called “activity check” which helps you keep track of your gaming results. If you opt in to the “activity check”, the casino will remind you at set times of the time you have already spent playing, the amount of money you have bet and won, and the final result – meaning, the difference between your bets and your winnings.

You set your first daily wagering limit of €300 on Monday, January 21st at 11 a.m. You then decide to reduce the daily wagering limit to €50 on Monday, January 21st, at 4 p.m. You have wagered €30 since 12 a.m. on Monday, January 21st. The new limit comes into effect immediately, and as a result you will be allowed to wager €20 for the remainder of the current period: up to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, January 21st.
You have a daily wagering limit of €50 and decide to increase the limit to €100 on Monday, January 21st at 4 p.m. The request to raise your limit to €100 will appear in the “Requested limit” field. The new increased limit of €100 will be applied at the earliest at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22nd. The daily limit of €50 will remain in place until this time.
You have a weekly wagering limit of €300 and decide to increase the limit to €500 on Monday, January 21st, at 1 p.m. The new request to raise your limit to €500 will appear in the “Requested limit” field. The newly requested limit will not take effect for 24 hours, i.e. at the earliest at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22nd.
If at any time during the 24-hour period that the request is pending you decide to increase the weekly wagering limit yet again to €800, for example, the previously requested limit of €500 is replaced with the new request of €800.
This newly requested limit raise will take effect after a further 24 hours: the increase to a limit of €800 will not go into effect until, at the earliest, Tuesday, January 22nd at 10 p.m. The original limit of €300 will stay in place until this time.
You have a daily wagering limit of €20 and decide to increase the limit to €80 on Tuesday, January 22nd, at 11 a.m. The newly requested limit of €80 will appear in the “Requested limit” field. The newly requested limit will not take effect for 24 hours, i.e. at the earliest at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23rd. The current daily wagering limit of €20 will remain in place until this time.
If, however, during the time period of 24 hours before the new limit takes effect, you decide to cancel your request for a limit increase, just enter your old limit of €20 or lower. Then, your previously requested limit of €80 is cancelled automatically.
