The eCOGRA Alternative Dispute Resolution (‘ADR’) Service is an impartial mediation service for disputes that arise between registered sites that hold an operating licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (‘MGA’) and their players. eCOGRA offer their assistance free of charge to players, provided the eCOGRA Policies and Procedures are followed.
